Chicken Dijon 

     

3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp worchestshire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Mix butter, mustard, worchestshire sauce and salt in one bowl, bread crumbs and parm. cheese in 2nd bowl.

Dip chicken in butter mixture (stir occasionally) and dredge through crumb mixture and set on foil lined sheet pan. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, COVERED.
